New study: How Nordic and European consumers are shaping retail

Technology is changing retail and creating new opportunities for businesses. On the other hand, it's also changing consumers' expectations.

FDIH inviterer i samarbejde med Adyen til morgenseminar, hvor du bl.a. vil få en god indsigt i undersøgelsen "The Retail Barometer". Seminaret vil blive afholdt på engelsk.

About the seminar

How should retailers act to be successful in a new landscape? We asked 5,000 consumers what they want and 500 retailers about their business to find out what companies should focus on in 2019. We found out that retailers lose billions every year because they don't provide the purchase experiences consumers want. But we also saw three areas where retailers can excel and seize new opportunities.
Using the research and real-life customer examples, Katarina Nordin, Marketing Manager in the Nordics will outline the path to success for Nordic retailers. William Shaw, omnichannel manager at IC Group will join for a Q&A on how they are using Adyen’s solution to meet the new expectations from a retailer perspective.

5 reasons why you should participate:

  • Get the full report “The Retail Barometer”
  • Understand the two things consumers hate, and how to avoid them
  • Learn more about the three shopper types, and how to reach them
  • Hear about “The Spendsetters”, who set the trend for how people will spend and shop in the future
  • Learn more about how the world’s leading retailers are exceeding shopper expectations with technology
